The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates autism prevalence in the United States to
1 in 59 children
(1 in 42 boys and 1 in 189 girls).
By comparison, this is more children than are affected by diabetes, AIDS, cancer, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy or Down syndrome – combined.

As rates continue to rise, ASA-ETC is proud to offer a program that enhances awareness within the communities we serve.  "Sensory Training" offers insight into the "spectrum" known as autism.

Training includes :

Defining Autism

Signs of Autism

"Missing Pieces" of Autism

Best Practices

"Sensory Training" is typically 45 minutes with 15 minutes dedicated for Q& A.
