Wilderwood Service Dogs, based in Maryville, TN, trains service dogs for people with neurological diseases, specializing in diseases ranging from Autism to Alzheimer's. Wilderwood is currently accepting applications for foster dog-care providers. This paid position is for approximately 15 hours per week fostering a dog in your home while helping to train the dog for future placement with an individual. This is an ongoing opportunity, as they almost always have dogs going through their training program.

Microsoft Announces Pilot To Hire People With Autism

Last week, Microsoft announced a pilot program they are launching in partnership with SpecialIsterne to hire people with autism for full-time positions at their Redmond, WA offices.
